Dr. Rebecca (Rebecca Bracht, DC) Bracht graduated from Northwestern Health Science University with a Bachelor’s of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She is also a certified Department of Transportation Medical Examiner. After graduating Rebecca Bracht, DC worked in her home town of Forest Lake for twenty-two years. During that time she has shared chiropractic with her community, businesses and athletic teams. Her additional ten years of health care experience gives her a unique way of caring for her patients.
Rebecca Bracht, DC grew up in a family that believed chiropractic care was an important part of their healthcare decisions. When she was twelve years old she backed into a high voltage wire. The resulting back spasms and pain made it very difficult for her to take a normal breath. Her mother took her to their chiropractor. After one adjustment she could take a deep breath. She decided then she would become a chiropractor.
When Rebecca Bracht, DC and her husband decided to start a family it took her three years to get pregnant. After Sarah was born Rebecca Bracht, DC went through medical testing. She was told there was little to no chance she would ever get pregnant again. She turned to chiropractic and a plan was developed by her chiropractor. Two months later she and her husband Jeff were excited to find out she was pregnant and with her second child, Jenny. Three years after Jenny she had her third child, Josh. She now enjoys being a grandma.
Rebecca Bracht, DC’s goal is to help people live the life they choose to live, not the life they have to live.

Dr. Jennifer Engesether has been serving the Twin Cities Metro area as a Board- Certified
Chiropractic Neurologist since 2006. She is also licensed and performs acupuncture as an
adjunct to chiropractic care.
Dr. Jen got her start in healthcare in 2001 as an assistant at a very large and culturally diverse
chiropractic clinic in Minneapolis. While working there, she went to school to complete her
undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota followed by her Doctoral degree in
Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University. During that time, Dr. Jen developed a
passion for helping patients with chronic pain and injury. Over her years there, she had seen
thousands of cases where patients’ symptoms resolved simply using chiropractic treatments,
but it was the cases that didn’t resolve so quickly that caused her to seek an integrative
approach in her own practice.
For years, Dr. Jen has enjoyed working with patients and families who are interested in getting
to the root of their health issues so they can live to their best potential. She designs treatment
plans that include specific in-office treatment and home care for optimal results. She is
passionate about educating her community by bringing her experience in chiropractic,
neurology, acupuncture, exercise, functional medicine, and lifestyle wellness to her patients so
that they can be empowered to make sustainable transformations and improve their quality of
life.
Dr. Jen lives in the north metro with her husband and two kids. She grew up in the Chisago
Lakes area and enjoys spending time there with her family at the lake and on the North Shore.
When she’s not treating patients, Dr. Jen enjoys reading and traveling to educational seminars
to stay current.

Dr. Christine Ingbretson is a licensed Chiropractic Neurologist since 2007 serving the Ham Lake community. She is originally from Butternut, WI and graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She then completed her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2005 at Northwestern Health Sciences University, in Bloomington, MN. She is certified as a Diplomate from the American Chiropractic Neurology Board, completing in addition to her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, 300 hours of post-doctorate education and training in functional neurology and passed the written and performance exams required for certification by the ACNB.
Dr. Christine was first introduced to chiropractic at the age of twelve. She was having leg pains while running and thought she needed orthotics like her father. The orthotics and the accompanying adjustments by the chiropractor helped the leg pain. Then, when she was fifteen, she rolled her ankle running in cross-country. It was not fractured, but she could not put any pressure on it. She saw her chiropractor, who adjusted the ankle, and three days later she was able to run on it for a big meet. Then, while in chiropractic school, she was in a minor car accident that resulted in headaches and neck pain. When another chiropractor was unable to answer her question as to why she felt better after some adjustments and not others, she found the answer in chiropractic neurology, and decided to pursue a diplomate in chiropractic neurology.
Her goal for patients is to incorporate all aspects of health into their care plan, from diagnosing a complex health issue, exercise/rehabilitation, to managing their diet through healthy eating habits, functional medicine, and nutrition.
In her leisure time she enjoys fishing with her family, outdoor activities, and she also likes to get away with a good book.

Cellular exercise is the next step in the evolution of PEMF. Safe and effective, the bio-compatible electromagnetic pulses of cellular exercise systems not only recharge the cell, they penetrate the cell walls and cause them to contract.
Disease manifests when impaired nutrient flow and waste accumulation inhibits the cell’s natural repair cycle. Restoring these key elements is critical to the overall health of the body. Exercising cells using PEMF speeds up healthy circulation of nutrients and expulsion of toxins, allowing the body to rejuvenate as it should.
The Pulse Center’s NRG Cellular Exercise system that our office uses has made a significant contribution to the health and quality of life for patients worldwide. The powerful and precise magnetic fields have been measured to be over three times greater than any other machine on the market.
